speak out

There are many ways to help families that are experiencing homelessness; among them is speaking out on their behalf. Empower our decision makers to act on the option for the poor and disenfranchised by speaking out in public forums and/or writing members of city councils and members of human services commissions and advisory committees. To help, we have provided a sample letter to decision makers and a list of names and addresses of Eastside decision makers . Seattle University has resources and updates on opportunities to advocate for those who cannot speak out for themselves. For more information visit their site.

Share your experiences with the New Bethlehem Project with others! If you have a story about NBP or homelessness on the Eastside that you want to share, contact us at the link at the bottom of this page.
